SPECIAL NOTICE: MID JUNE 2025 REGISTRATION WILL BEGIN FOR THE P.E.O. INTERNATIONAL CHAPTER CONVENTION HELD IN THE PHOENIX AREA FROM WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 3, 2025, THROUGH SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 6, 2025.

THE CONVENTION OF THE INTERNATIONAL CHAPTER WEBSITE WILL GO LIVE IN MID JUNE FOR REGISTRATION AT THE FOLLOWING LINK:

Location of the convention will be the Phoenix Convention Center, 100 North 3rd Street, Phoenix, AZ 85004.

Registration Fees:
Non-voting Member (Vistor) and Past Presidents Unentitled $75 Guest Registration Fee $25
Volunteer Registration Fee $15

Note: Registration will include a selection of a la carte meals:
Lunch (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) $48
Opening Night Dinner (Thursday) $71
Closing Night Fiesta Dinner (Saturday) $73
Prices are inclusive of services charge and tax.

NOTE: CANCELLATION POLICY All cancellations must be made in writing to "registration@peodsm.org" no later than Thursday, July 31, 2025.

Registration fees are nonrefundable. Meals and applicable housing fees will be refunded with a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after July 31, 2025.

EVENT CAPACITY RESTRICTIONS: Please note that the capacity for all meals and events for CIC is limited. Meals and events that are at capacity will be automatically closed.

Registration confirmation emails will be sent after August 15, 2025. EACH CONVENTION ATTENDEE NEEDS A UNIQUE, VALID EMAIL ADDRESS TO REGISTER FOR CIC. A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS IS REQUIRED TO RECEIVED REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION.
